4. Content Ownership

All content provided by Zenith Academy, including course materials, videos, and other resources, is owned by Zenith Academy or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the content for your personal, non-commercial use only. You may not copy, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of the content without our prior written consent. 5. Disclaimer

The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Services, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid, if any, to Zenith Academy for the services you used. Our Chief Compliance Officer, Robert Wilson, oversees liability related matters.

7. Termination

We may terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice, which shall result in the forfeiture of all information associated with your account. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Services. All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability. 8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You agree that any legal action or proceeding between you and Zenith Academy shall be brought exclusively in a federal or state court of competent jurisdiction sitting in Techville, California. Any legal disputes are managed by our legal team lead, Sarah Lee.
